Instructions for Authors

AIM & SCOPE

Editorial Policy:

International Journal of Computer Science and Mobile Applications (IJCSMA) require authors to write their submissions precisely in accordance with the guidelines listed below. Manuscripts that do not adhere to the journal's format and style are either rejected or returned to the authors for correction. In order to meet IJCSMA requirements, the IJCSMA reserves the right to make any additional formal changes and linguistic corrections in a paper that has been accepted for publication.

Peer Review Process:

An article will be evaluated for publication with the understanding that it is being submitted to the International Journal of Computer Science and Mobile Applications (IJCSMA) solely at that time and has not yet been published, submitted concurrently, or accepted for publication elsewhere. The journal anticipates that one of the authors will give permission for all correspondence on the manuscript to be made with the journal. We sincerely thank you for submitting your submissions. Editors initially evaluate every manuscript after submission to see if it is appropriate for formal review. Before they may be submitted for formal peer review, manuscripts with little originality, severe scientific or technical errors, or a lack of a compelling message are rejected; if not, they fall under the purview of journals.

The IJCSMA sends two expert reviewers manuscripts that are deemed acceptable for publication. The corresponding author is required to give the names of two qualified reviewers who have expertise in the subject matter of the manuscript (not mandatory). The reviewers shouldn't share a campus with the authors' research institutions. But the editor retains complete discretion in choosing these reviewers. The reviewers and writers are kept in the dark about one another's identities as part of the journal's double-blind review process. Every manuscript is also given to a member of the editorial team, who, using the reviewers' remarks as a guide makes the ultimate judgment on the Manuscripts. Reviewers' comments and recommendations are forwarded to the relevant author. The author is asked to submit a corrected version of the paper within the allotted time and, if necessary, to respond in detail to the reviewers' criticisms. This cycle is repeated until the paper has received positive reviews from editors and reviewers.

The grammar, punctuation, print style, and format of manuscripts selected for publication are copy edited. The entire procedure, including sending and receiving proofs, submitting the text, and making the final decision, is carried out online. The journal publishes articles online as "In Press" in 2-4 weeks after acceptance to enable faster and larger diffusion of knowledge and information.

Plagiarism Policy:

When a manuscript is submitted to a journal, it is initially checked to see if it will be appropriate for formal review. If it is, the document then first undergoes a plagiarism check. We ask writers to revise the material and resubmit it to the journal if a minor piece of it is discovered to be plagiarized.

Following actions would be done in the event that any effort at plagiarism was reported to us with sufficient proof:

(1) Authors who plagiarise will not be allowed to publish their works in the IJCSMA, after consultation with the appropriate Editorial Board Members.

(2) Information about such instances of plagiarism will be forwarded to the heads of the departments or institutes where the accused writers are employed.

(3) The Editor will be required to remove the article from the journal website if evidence of plagiarism in an already published article is found.

Authorship Criteria:

Authorship credit should only be given for the significant contributions described here. Concept and design of the study, data collection, analysis, and interpretation. writing the essay from scratch or editing it critically for significant intellectual content; and publishing the final edition.

Authorship is not justified by participation in data collection or funding acquisition alone. Each contributor should have invested enough time in the project to publicly accept responsibility for relevant sections of the manuscript's content. The order in which the contributors are listed should reflect their relative contributions to the study and the creation of the manuscript. Without the co-authors' collective express consent, the order cannot be modified after it has been submitted. Depending on the type of paper, the journal specifies a maximum number of authors. If the number of writers exceeds these boundaries, the authors must justify their decision.
